“Existential Visual Storytelling ”
David Gonzales, known artistically as Pakadomi, is a multidisciplinary Haitian visual artist based in South Carolina. With a background in design and visual communication, he is a painter, sculptor, digital artist, and woodworker.
Inspired by the human condition, Pakadomi’s art captures existence through abstract and figuratively abstract expressions infused with conceptual elements. Drawing from his Haitian roots and the multicultural environment around him, he creates thought-provoking pieces that engage the senses and prompt introspection.
Interweaving poetry, rhymes, and visual storytelling, his work invites viewers on a sensory journey. Pakadomi aims to push boundaries and provoke dialogue about the complexities of the human experience.
